Yves Ritter takes part in my thesis in 180 seconds at Océanopolis

Yves Ritter, a thesis student at BEEP's LMEE laboratory, has been selected from the Brest/Lorient-Vannes regional candidates for the “Ma thèse en 180 secondes” (My thesis in 180 seconds) event.
See you on Friday March 07 from 6.30pm at Océanopolis in Brest.
If you'd like to attend in person, you can register via this link
The candidates will also be live on Youtube
There will be 16 doctoral students from Brest, Lorient and Vannes. They will take up the challenge and present their research work in a wide variety of fields (genetics, fiber optics, sedimentology, archaeology, ecology...). The rules are simple: everyone has 3 minutes and just one slide!
Their objective? To share their thesis topic with you, with humour and sometimes emotion, to tell you about their daily lives and the challenges of their research work, but also to convince you! At the end of the presentations, 8 prizes will be awarded: 5 by a jury of experts and 3 by the public, in the audience and online.
The winners will then qualify to take part in the regional final of the competition, to be held in Rennes on May 6, 2025.
